Cookies Policy - KICC

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how the Kenyatta International Convention Centre ("KICC") and the KICC platform (kicctest.org) use cookies and similar technologies.

What we use

• Strictly necessary cookies - keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and let the cart and bookings work. These are always active.
• Performance / analytics - anonymised, aggregate usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can improve the platform. These are only set with your consent.
• Preferences - remember choices such as theme or consent selection.

Consent

When you first visit we ask for consent to non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or contacting us. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

Third parties

Cloudflare may set cookies required to operate and secure the edge network (for example against DDoS and abusive traffic). We do not sell personal data or share cookie data with advertisers.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent some parts of the platform from working.
