The Kenyatta International Convention Centre ("KICC", "we") operates the KICC mobile application and website (kicctest.org). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Data we collect

• Account data (optional): name, email, phone number when you register.
• Order data: delivery name, phone, county, town and address when you place an order or booking.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate region - for analytics and performance.
• Media you upload (admins/institutions): images and videos you publish.

How we use it

• To fulfil orders, venue bookings and experience reservations (payment on delivery).
• To operate the marketplace, county portals and institutional profiles.
• To improve performance, security and content.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that run the platform (Cloudflare for hosting/CDN, object storage for media) under their own safeguards, and with authorities when the law requires.

Retention & your rights

Order and account records are kept for audit and legal compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via [email protected].

Security

Data is protected with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure; we work to keep improving our safeguards.
