Terms of Service - KICC

These terms govern use of the Kenyatta International Convention Centre ("KICC") mobile application and website (kicctest.org), operated by KICC, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the platform you accept these terms.

The platform

KICC provides a national exhibition and marketplace platform: county portals, institutional profiles, venue and experience bookings, and a marketplace for Kenyan products and services.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials private.
• Exhibitor accounts must represent a real business or institution and may be verified before publication.

Orders, bookings & payment

• Prices are published by suppliers and confirmed before checkout; payment is on delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Bookings for venues and experiences are subject to availability confirmation by the provider.
• KICC facilitates the transaction between buyers and suppliers and is not the manufacturer of listed goods.

Content

• You retain ownership of content you publish; you grant KICC a licence to display it on the platform.
• Content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights may be removed.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". KICC is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the marketplace, to the extent permitted by Kenyan law.
